Very impressed. They left me with considerable knowledge of our new heating/AC system.
If your furnace isn't heating, is making a noise it didn't make yesterday, or won't ignite at all, we'll have a tech at your door in metro Atlanta — usually same day. Jeff and Nick Francis run our heating crew. Free estimate on any replacement.
Most Atlanta-area furnace failures fall into one of six patterns. Here's what to look for and what we typically find.
Usually a failed igniter, flame sensor, or gas valve. We diagnose with a combustion analyzer before recommending a fix vs. replace.
Most often a dirty flame sensor, control board issue, or pressure switch. Common, fast to fix when caught early.
Delayed ignition — gas builds up, then ignites all at once. Burner cleaning + heat-exchanger inspection needed before damage spreads.
Could be thermostat, blower motor, or zoning. Diagnostic in person — sounds and behavior tell us a lot before we open anything.
Flame should be blue. Yellow means incomplete combustion → CO risk. Stop running, open a window, call us. Don't sleep with it on.
Common for first run of the season as dust burns off. If smell persists past 30 minutes or smoke appears, turn off and call.
(770) 364-5141 or the contact form. Photos of the unit + thermostat + any error codes help us bring the right parts.
Jeff or Nick comes out, checks combustion, electrical, gas pressure, airflow. We tell you what's actually wrong — not what's most expensive.
Repair vs. replace conversation if your system is past 15 years. We explain both paths honestly. Estimates on replacements are free.
Repairs typically same-visit if we have the part on the truck. Replacements scheduled within 1-2 days for residential.
We never leave a job site without showing you what we did, why we did it, and what to watch for. Manuals + warranty paperwork in hand.
