Very impressed. They left me with considerable knowledge of our new heating/AC system.
If your AC isn't cooling, is making a noise it didn't make yesterday, or won't turn on at all, we'll have a tech at your door in metro Atlanta — usually same day. Matt Osburn runs our AC crew. Free estimate on any replacement.
Most Atlanta-area AC failures fall into one of six patterns. Here's what to look for and what we typically find.
Usually a refrigerant leak, frozen coil, or failed compressor. We diagnose with gauges before recommending a fix vs. replace.
Capacitor failure is the #1 culprit — fast, inexpensive fix. Other possibilities: contactor, fan motor, control board.
Bearings, fan blade clearance, or compressor. Diagnostic in person — sounds tell us a lot before we open anything.
Turning on and off too quickly is usually oversizing, dirty coil, or refrigerant level. We also check the thermostat placement.
Refrigerant low or airflow restricted. Don't keep running it — turn off, let thaw, call us. We often find a clogged filter or coil.
Musty = mold in evaporator coil or drain pan. Burning = electrical. Both need diagnosis before continued running.
(770) 364-5141 or the contact form. Photos of the unit + thermostat + any error codes help us bring the right parts.
Matt or another tech comes out, checks pressures, electrical, airflow, and condition. We tell you what's actually wrong — not what's most expensive.
Repair vs. replace conversation if your system is past its useful life. We explain both paths honestly. Estimates on replacements are free.
Repairs typically same-visit if we have the part on the truck. Replacements scheduled within 1-2 days for residential, longer for commercial.
We never leave a job site without showing you what we did, why we did it, and what to watch for. Manuals + warranty paperwork in hand.
Real numbers — not "starting at" decoys. Final number depends on your specific situation, but these brackets cover ~90% of Marietta AC work.

The most common AC repair. Same-visit fix when we have the part on the truck — almost always.
Cost depends on amount + refrigerant type. We always pressure-check for leaks before recharging — recharging a leaking system is just expensive air.
Residential: $3,000–$7,000 typical range per the FAQ. Includes new outdoor unit, indoor coil, line set, and start-up. Free estimate.
